Vickey believes every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable sharing their experiences.

She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions, as well as substance use and co-occurring disorders, including relapse prevention. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based counseling, she helps clients build healthy coping skills, confidence, and stronger relationships, and work toward a more stable and fulfilling life.
