Other Services

Life rarely fits in one category, and neither does this practice.

If you are not sure where you fit, start with a call and we will figure it out together.

What it is

Alongside the focused work above, I offer a broad range of counseling so you can stay with one person who knows your story instead of starting over somewhere new. That includes individual, couples, mental health, co-dependency, and family therapy.

I am now offering an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for clients who need more structure than weekly sessions provide, and I work with families affected by a loved one's addiction, not only the person using.

What is available

A few of the areas clients come to me for:

  • Substance use: alcohol, opiate dependency, Suboxone treatment, and full recovery services, DDAP licensed
  • Life and mental health: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and PTSD, postpartum depression, and cognitive behavioral therapy
  • Relationships: couples and marriage counseling, family and parenting support, co-dependency, dating and relationships
  • Intensive outpatient program (IOP), groups as needed, family therapy, DUI assessments, and telehealth

How we work on this together

We start with where you are and what you need, then build from there. If something is outside what I provide, I will help you find the right place rather than leave you guessing.

Telehealth is available when getting to the office is hard, so distance or a busy week does not have to stand between you and support.

Whatever you are facing, the approach is the same: meet you where you are, use the techniques that fit you, and help you build the skills to keep moving forward.

What to expect

  1. 1

    Start with a conversation

We talk about what you need and what you are hoping for. If it is outside what I provide, I will help you find the right place.

  2. 2

    Find the right format

Individual, couples, family, or telehealth when getting to the office is hard.

  3. 3

    Begin the work

We meet you where you are and build the skills to keep moving forward.

One person who knows your story

Whatever you bring, you stay with someone who knows your history instead of starting over. What you share is private, within the limits the law and my professional ethics require.

Common questions

About other services

If your question is not here, just ask. There is no wrong question and no judgment in it.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. We can meet by secure video when getting to Mt. Washington is hard.

Do you see couples and families, or just individuals?

Both. I offer individual, couples, family, and co-dependency counseling.

Can you help with anxiety, depression, or grief, not just addiction?

Yes. Alongside substance use, I work with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and PTSD, and postpartum depression.

What is an intensive outpatient program (IOP)?

It is a higher level of structured support than weekly sessions, for when you need more. I now offer IOP for clients who need it.

Take the first step

You do not have to hit a crisis point to reach out.

Whatever you are facing, a first conversation is private, judgment free, and entirely yours. Call or send a short note and we will take it from there.
