Our commitment

We believe access to care starts with access to information. We have designed and built this website with accessibility in mind from the start, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time checklist. Our goal is for every person to be able to find what they need and reach out comfortably, regardless of ability.

Conformance standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and widely recognized as the benchmark for accessible websites.

"Conformance" means a website meets a defined set of requirements. We regularly test against these guidelines and work to meet them across the site, though we recognize that accessibility is a continual process and that some areas may still fall short.

What we have done

Accessibility features built into this site include:

• Semantic, structured HTML so screen readers can navigate headings, landmarks, and lists in a logical order.
• Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images marked so they are skipped by assistive technology.
• Full keyboard operability — you can reach and use menus, links, and the contact form without a mouse — with a visible focus outline and a "skip to main content" link.
• Sufficient color contrast between text and background, and information that is never conveyed by color alone.
• Clear form labels and inline, readable error and status messages on the contact form.
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences, so animations are minimized for visitors who ask their device to limit motion.
• Responsive, resizable layouts that work when text is enlarged and across phones, tablets, and desktops.

Compatibility and assistive technology

This website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge — on desktop and mobile, and to be compatible with common assistive technologies such as screen readers and speech-recognition software.

It may not work as well on outdated browsers or unsupported systems. Keeping your browser and assistive tools up to date generally gives the best experience.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Areas that can be more challenging include third-party content we embed or link to — such as maps, an external accreditation seal, or a professional directory — which we do not fully control. Where a third-party element creates a barrier, we will help you get the same information another way. If you find something that does not work for you, please tell us (see below) and we will do our best to fix it or provide an alternative.
