I have specialized in substance use disorders since 1999, and over the years that work has grown to include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, anger, and the families who are hurting alongside someone they love.
My approach is simple and human. I meet you where you are, draw on whatever techniques fit your situation, and help you build the coping and life skills that make the next step possible. You will be treated as a capable adult the whole way through.
